Some Nigerians infuriated by Governor Ayodele Fasyose’s constant attacks on President Muhammadu Buhari have warned the governor to concern himself with governing Ekiti state and leave the president alone.
Some Nigerians have told Fayose to face governance and leave Buhari alone.
The latest warning to Fayose comes after the governor told Vanguard in an interview on Thursday, December 5, that he has always known that President Buhari will not perform in government.
Fayose also said all his predictions that President Muhammadu Buhari will not perform in government have all come to pass.
The Ekiti state governor said the change mantra which Buhari promised Nigerians is not working and described the president's campaign promises as empty promises.
But Fayose’s comments have triggered a backlash from Nigerians who accused him of abandoning his executive functions just to lay baseless accusations against the president.
They described Fayose as an incompetent governor who has done nothing meaningful for the Ekiti people.
