An army officer by the name, Captain Amajuoritse Jemide, has been killed in active service in Yobe state.
According to multiple reports, Captain Jemide, aged 32, was killed when his army convoy was hit by a bomb while on duty.
The young officer left behind a wife and two children.
His friends on social media have continued to send condolences to the family of the late soldier.
